Initiate Your Request
Contact our island concierge team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the products in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during their journey back to us.
Affix Shipping Label
Apply the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
